1956 Chevy Giveaway Rules
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM PST on Tuesday April 14, 2026 and ends at 12:00:00 AM PST on Saturday July 4, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
TWO WAYS TO ENTER:
1. Via an Online Purchase: Internet connection required. During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 USD spent on eligible purchases made online at https://gnarlyspeedshop.com/ . The number of entries you receive will be based on the list price of your eligible purchase (excludes discounts, sales tax, and shipping charges) and will be rounded up to the next U.S. one-dollar increment. If a purchase is returned prior to the drawing, entry/ies associated with that purchase will be voided. All purchases are subject to Sponsor’s return policy. Your purchase transaction must be received by 11:59:59 PM PT on July 3, 2026 to be eligible to receive entries. No limit on the number of entries received with a purchase. By entering via the Website, you consent to receive email communications from the Sponsor.
2. No Purchase Required Mail-In Method of Entry: To receive one (1) entries without making any kind of purchase, on a plain piece of 3”x5” paper, hand print your complete first and last name, street address, city, state/province/territory, zip/postal code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), e-mail address plus daytime telephone number including area code. Mail your entry in a #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to: 1956 Chevy Giveaway, PO Box 352, Somis, CA 93066 USA. Your outer-mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mailed entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid. Limit one entry per outer-mailing envelope. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted. Mail-in entry, including outer-mailing envelope must be handwritten. No mechanically reproduced entries or metered mail permitted. Entries that are postmarked by July 3, 2026 and received by July 4, 2026 will be eligible for the drawing. Each mail-in entry will count as one (1) entries, provided that the mail-in entry complies with the above requirements. There is no limit on the number of mail-in entries an entrant can submit.
Mail-in entries that are not in the format specified above, that are illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, or reproduced via photocopier or otherwise will be considered null and void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage-due entries or entries not received by the deadline. All material submitted becomes property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.
ELIGIBILITY: The prize is only available to legal residents to all 50 states, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (must be 19 years of age or older for those that reside in the states of Alabama, Nebraska, and 21 years of age or older in state of Mississippi) and possess a valid driver license as of the date of entry. Officers, members, directors, representatives and employees of the Sponsor and any of their respective parent companies, dealer-partner and its affiliates (including the wholesalers and retailers themselves), franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, advertising / promotion/judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes, Compliance Sweepstakes Services ("Administrator") (collectively, the “Released Entities”) and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) of such individuals, or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing to select one (1) potential winner will be conducted on or about July 10, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by LS Marketing & Media LLC (the “Administrator”). Odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible purchase and mail-in entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The awarding of the prize is subject to verification of eligibility. The selected potential winner will be contacted by the Administrator via email and/or phone and must complete and return a Prize Acceptance Form and Release of Liability. Failure to submit the required documents or respond within the specified timeframe, or if the prize or notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in disqualification without further notice, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
If a potential winner is found ineligible, fails to comply with the Official Rules, or is unable to claim the prize as outlined, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. The prize will only be awarded upon successful eligibility verification and submission of all required documents. A maximum of five (5) alternate winners will be selected through random drawings if necessary. If no eligible winner is confirmed after five attempts, the prize will remain unawarded.
Winner must agree to pick up prize at a Sponsor-specified location in Camarillo, California within thirty (30) days of notification of availability from the Sponsor; failure to take delivery within 30 days of availability could cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Winner must possess required travel documents (e.g., a government-issued ID, passport), as applicable. Winner must have a valid driver’s license which permits operation of prize vehicle in the winner’s state/province/territory of residence and evidence of legally required insurance prior to taking delivery. In the event winner is unable to take delivery of the prize, winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Prize winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage or theft to the prize after taking delivery/obtaining ownership, and Sponsor will have no obligation to replace it.
SCAM ALERT: Protect yourself from scams. If you are selected as a potential winner in one of our giveaways, our Administrator, LS Marketing & Media LLC will contact you via the phone number and/or the email address you provided on your order/mail-in entry form. You will NEVER be asked to provide a credit card, bank information or a payment of any kind as a condition of a prize award. Those are sure signs of sweepstakes scams. We do NOT use Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or other social media platforms to contact winners of the giveaways we offer.
RELEASE: By entering or participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, YouTube, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or causes of action of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage or loss, arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway, the acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, and any travel associated with the Giveaway or prize redemption. Entrants further grant permission for the use of any Giveaway-related submissions, photographs, or video content in connection with the Giveaway.
By accepting a prize, the winner grants the Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, and/or biographical information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes, including publication in a winners list, in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.
Photographs of the prize in any media are for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual model to be awarded. All details and restrictions for the prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The prize will be awarded AS IS without warranty by Sponsor of any kind. Winner acknowledges that some components of the prize are preowned, and Sponsor has not made nor is in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any component of the prize offered in this Giveaway, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Prize vehicle may not meet safety or emissions testing required in some states, provinces, territories and/or counties/municipalities. Winner is responsible to check their state/province/territory/county for applicable emissions requirements and safety inspection requirements prior to accepting prize and must use vehicle in accordance with those regulations.
In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between promotional materials and the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall govern and control. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any typographical, printing, or other errors in the administration of the Giveaway, the accuracy of promotional materials, or the announcement of prizes.
PRIVACY: Sponsor and its authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter the Giveaway for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and prize fulfillment. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants consent to such collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
ARBITRATION: By entering, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating in any way to the promotion shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration. All such matters between you and the Sponsor, regardless of their nature, shall be submitted to Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (JAMS) for arbitration in accordance with its then-current rules. The arbitration shall take place in the Camarillo, California area before a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties. Each party shall bear an equal share of the costs associated with the arbitration.
WINNER: The name of the winner will be announced on Gnarly Speed Shop’s YouTube channel and/or on the Website on or about July 10, 2026, or after the Grand prize winner has been verified.
PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner is awarded a 1956 Chevrolet 210 (“Vehicle”). The brown oxide colored Vehicle has been used and has an odometer reading of approximately 130,000 miles. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $10,000. (USD).
NOTE: The Winner is responsible for registering and insuring the vehicle in their state. Gnarly Speed Shop LLC is not liable for anything that happens to the vehicle after it has been picked up by the winner.
